This Wolverine Evolution

wolverine wolver xrayw x-2

1. It started as a digital sketch with my tablet. The idea came from an old full color X-Men story book from back in the day.
2. I started to color digitally with the red and blue and then decided to print it out instead to draw with pencil.
3. & 4. This Wolverine sketch has been tucked away for far too long without a finishing of even his bottom half. He was arisen just a few days ago, attached to an even bigger piece and colored with watercolor pencils. As you can see I attached an “x-ray.”

Whoah adamantium.

Why the cardboard?  Well I plan to paint the background in. When you attach unexpected items it unexpectedly adds to the creation, in this case it gives me a texture.

And the bubble text is replicated from the story book.
Which mutant is your favorite?
